In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Please enter a brief message on the issue that you are having. You will receive a response as soon as possible. Please use only English, and make sure you have checked the FAQ page before submitting a ticket. Do not submit the same question more than once as this only delay our response, otherwise we will close or delete that ticket without reply. You may loose your account permanently for sending SPAM messages through ticket. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
